Red Bull X-Alps

Red Bull X-Alps is the toughest adventure race in the world, where 35 athletes must cross the Alps, only by foot or paraglider. It is the ultimate test of body and mind reserved for the best athletes.

Along the route, athletes must pass through mandatory checkpoints called Turnpoints. At each Turnpoint, they are required to sign a board to validate their passage before continuing the race. This year, Les 2 Alpes is proud to be one of these official Turnpoints. We estimate that the athletes will reach the resort between June 18 and 22, depending on weather conditions and individual performance. The arrival of the Red Bull X-Alps stage in Les 2 Alpes promises to be an unforgettable moment. The world’s best paragliders are battling it out in an extreme race across the Alps… and you can be there to welcome them! Weather permitting, the pilots are expected to land at the Perrons, one of the resort’s most stunning paragliding spots. From there, they will head on foot to the Red Frog, where the iconic Turnpoint board will be located for them to sign and validate their passage.
