Peak Energy Workout

Get off to a sporty and festive start with Peak Energy Workout! From 6.30pm, join the Bouge 2 Alpes association in the open air for a dynamic experience combining energy, conviviality and well-being.

On the programme: Rhythmic Zumba classes to get you moving to the sound of the best tunes. Open to all ages and abilities, this event is free: an invitation to get moving together, enjoy the fresh air and share a unique moment. For a better experience, book your place in the barricaded area from €5: you'll get better visibility of the podium and the personal attention of the coaches! Whether you're on your own, with family or friends, the energy is contagious and the good humour guaranteed!
