15 August Festival - Mont-de-Lans Village

Traditional celebrations in the charming Mont de Lans village.
Mass, apéritif, food, petanque, dancing party, and much more.

This year’s programme:

• 11 am – Traditional Mass at the church in the village of Mont-de-Lans.
• Street music performance by Woopy Machine
• 12.00 pm – Drinks reception hosted by the local council, in front of the Mont-de-Lans town hall annexe.
• 1.30 pm – 3.00 pm – Musical entertainment with the band Lost in Pop.
• 1.30 pm – 5.30 pm – Family entertainment: Inflatable games, duck fishing, wooden games. Free access to entertainment for families and children.
• 2.00 pm – Tournaments and sporting activities
  • Bubble football tournament
  • Pétanque competition
  Registration from 1.30 pm – competition starts at 2.00 pm / 2.30 pm.
• 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm – Guided storytelling tours at Chasal Lento.
• 8.30 pm – concert : Funk Factory.
• 10.30 pm Free shuttle bus to take participants back to the resort.

In light of the exceptionally high fire risk currently affecting the whole country, the local council has taken the responsible decision to cancel the fireworks display for the Mont-de-Lans patron saint’s day celebrations.
All other events will go ahead as planned to ensure everyone can enjoy a convivial and festive occasion.
