Yoga - Yogaltitude

YOGALTITUDE offers group or private yoga classes: Hatha & Dynamic yoga, kids yoga, prenatal and postnatal yoga, Acor yoga, Ashtanga vinyasa yoga.

Yogaltitude was created in Les Deux Alpes by its founder Lucie, a Yoga Alliance RYT-500 certified yoga teacher. Lucie studied yoga in India where she obtained her international diploma in Rishikesh/India (the mecca of yoga), and later deepened her knowledge in Mysore/India (home of Ashtanga vinyasa joga) with an advanced diploma. During her training, she also had the opportunity to study therapeutic yoga, yoga for pregnant women and after birth, as well as acro yoga. She later completed her training with yoga for children. She continues to train regularly with various schools and masters in France and abroad. In Traditional Hatha Tantra yoga classes, the teaching is based on a lineage that has been passed down from master to student for thousands of years in an unbroken chain of personal transmission. Classes take place in a studio or outdoors. They can also take place in the heart of nature, in a garden with a magnificent view of the mountains or on the pontoon of the lake (during the summer) or on a terrace at an altitude of 2200 m (during the winter). Yogaltitude offers group and private classes, as well as classes for events. Classes are open to all levels. Places are limited, so remember to book your place. Please register at least 2 hours before the class. Classes are open to a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12 participants.
