Yoga - Yogaltitude

YOGALTITUDE offers group or private yoga classes: Hatha & Dynamic yoga, kids yoga, prenatal and postnatal yoga, Acor yoga, Ashtanga vinyasa yoga.

Yogaltitude was created in Les Deux Alpes by its founder Lucie, a Yoga Alliance RYT-500 certified yoga teacher. Lucie studied yoga in India, where she obtained her international diploma in Rishikesh (the mecca of yoga), and later deepened her knowledge in Mysore, India (the birthplace of Ashtanga vinyasa yoga), obtaining an advanced diploma. During her training, she also had the opportunity to study therapeutic yoga, yoga for pregnant women and postnatal yoga, as well as acro yoga. Later, she completed her training with yoga for children. She continues to train regularly with various schools and masters, in France and abroad. In Traditional Hatha Tantra yoga classes, teaching is based on a lineage that has been passed down from master to student for thousands of years in an unbroken chain of personal transmission. Classes take place in a studio or outdoors. They also take place in the heart of nature in a garden with a magnificent view of the mountains or on the lake pontoon (in summer) or on a terrace at an altitude of 2,400 metres and now 3,200 metres. Yogaltitude offers group, private and group classes, as well as classes at events. Classes are open to all levels. Places are limited, so remember to book yours. Registration must be made at least 24 hours before the class. Classes are open to a minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 12 students.
