Thai massage includes acupressure and stretching techniques with palm pressure, thumb, elbow, forearm, knee and foot. Without oil, this is a global technique to calm tensions from the feet to the head. Pressures on muscular zones, harmonization of the vertebrae, specific stretching. Back, belly and side positions then sitting. My sports massage is a mixture of techniques of Otrhopedic Manual Therapy, lifting of muscular tension and massages more or less pressed on areas of tension. The comfort or well being massage is a soft global massage on predefined areas with the client.
